How to Make Jeera Rice
- Wash and soak rice for 30 mins. Drain and prepare aside.
- Heat ghee in a pressure cooker. Sprinkle in cumin, cinnamon and bay leaf and mix well.
- Add in onions, dark-green chillies, salt and cook till golden.
- Add in ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 mins.
- Rice goes in and toss well. Add together in water and mix well. Bring it to boil, comprehend and pressure cook for i whistle. Turn off the flame and permit them pressure release past itself.
- Open the cooker and fluff the rice.
- Serve.

- Shahi Jeera ./ Blackness Cumin Seeds - 2 tsp
- Cinnamon / Pattai - two cm slice
- Bay Leaf - 2
- Onion - 1 large sliced thinly
- Dark-green Chillies - 3 chopped
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tblspn
- Salt to gustation
- Water - 1.5 cup

Wash and soak rice for 30 mins. Bleed and set up bated.

Heat ghee in a pressure cooker. Add together in cumin, cinnamon and bay leaf and mix well.

Add in onions, green chillies, common salt and cook till golden.

Add together in ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 mins.

Add in rice and toss well. Add in water and mix well. Bring it to eddy, encompass and pressure melt for 1 whistle. Turn off the flame and permit them pressure release by itself.
